AROMATHERAPY - Treatment by concentrated natural Oils

Firstly, and Importantly. Essential oils are concentrated, Thats why the small (10ml) bottle is expensive. Prices can vary from £3 a Bottle to £50 !  It MUST be diluted before use, as it may burn or damage the skin, and / or  hurt the user internally!

The oils are made by growing or collecting Herbs, leaves or Bark, and carefully extracting the oils by Steam Distillation. ( A bit like Like Whisky is Distilled!) You need to add a fewdrops to a carrier oil of your  choice. Grapeseed oil, Olive oil, sunflower oil or if you are rich Almond oil are good. I prefer Olive oil, as its good for your body anyway.
