Frying Delights
Nut fritters are easy and healthy. Mix cooked potato with fried onion a little flour and finely chopped nuts. add herbs and turmeric to taste, and an egg if you need to bind them tightly up. Fry on each side. My favorite is chestnut burgers Lovely !
Succulent Apricots
Buy Dried Apricots from the Health food store and some may be very dried up and inedible. Soak three in orange juice or other friut juice overnight and then they are nice and soft and can also be used in cooking or Eton.
Microwave Miracles
Scrambled egg for one in a microwave. Break egg intoa mug, add touch of milk and a few thin slices of cheddar. Cook for 30 seconds, stir, then anothe 15 seconds. = perfect scrambled egg!
