LEMONS and Lemon Drinks

 Lemons provide numerous benefits, including a boost of vitamin C for immune function and collagen production, antioxidants to protect against cell damage, and citric acid that can help prevent kidney stones.  Lemons also support hydration, aid digestion, improve iron absorption, and may help lower the risk of heart disease. 

Hydration:

Drinking Lemon water is an easy and flavourful way to increase your daily water intake, which is crucial for overall health. 

Fresh Squeezed Lemonade recipe is made with just 3 ingredients! It's perfectly sweet (but not too sweet!) and makes the best refreshing summer drink.

Add 1/2 cup sugar and 2 cups of water to a saucepan. Bring to a simmer and stir until dissolved. Remove from heat and cool.

Add Juice of 1 or 2 lemons. Stir add honey. add cold water to taste.Store in fridge with 2  or 3 Dried Apricots in for more fruit !
