Invented by Robert Heinlien an SF author. I read a book in 1980's Mr Musk got the word from this book. About a humanoid Martian.

Grokking, or to Grok, means to instinctively understand, or even Telepathically understand.

Weirdly, the random passage I found in on of my favourite books -Stranger in a strange land, is about vanishing clothes !

Labour is like a headless chicken and keeps announcing stupid but well meaning changes, then dont follow through and changing their policies, as they had not forseen the public reaction.

A small jar of olive with dilute Potent oil ie Tea tree (5 tiny Drops) below.

Clove Bud oil

Insect Repellants

Lavender, Citronella, Peppermint and Lemongrass

are useful as insect repellants. Test your skin first as some may be allegict to some oils.

I use peppermint or Eucalypt oil for itchy skin. The former has a cooling effect. Coconut oil is also good.

Oregano

Just found how to make a herbal candle to clean the air and dispell insects

This works brilliantly (sorry)

1. melt 5 candles.

2' add Oregano, cinnamon and clove powder.

3. add the wicks.

4. Cool and use !

Foot bath for Tiredness

in Warm / Hot water

Add Epsom (Bath salts or Dead sea) salts

(Cheap from Home Bargains)

Half cup apple cider.

3 drops of Rosemary, or lavender essential Oil

Soak feet for 30 minutes

or just add the herb to a bath

Dry brush from the feet towards the heart.

A new thing I have found is to put Euc, or Pep under my arms instead of using a bought deodorant. This smells good, and gives my skin a chance to breathe instead of being sealed up. Clearly, if you are exersising hard or in a rush, then a normal anti perspirant may be needed !
