Want to be more healthy?

1. Go Pescatarian or Vegetarian. Sprinkle Turmeric in food in Rice, or in Mayonaise Take a level Tablespoon of Virgin olive oil a day.

Try Ashtanguara. Take garlic or Cayenne pepper tablets Cor !

You dont have to give up meat entirely, just make it a rare (sorry!) choice

IF you want to lose weight, cut out potatoes cut down on pasta and Pizza, white bread and eat more rice. (Flavoured with Lemon, rock salt, Turmeric or Saffron.)

Taking Turmeric is Excellent. It conditions the blood, provides some immunity, and helps you lose weight. Eating beetroot will also help your digestion and lose weight.

Eating more raw food...salad is also great. Things like Celery and Cucumber have few callories and are nutrucious, agian helping weight loss. Using yogurt instead of cream is good. Try plain yogurt on a jam scone. Tastes Great!
