Losing weight (Avoiding middle age spread,)
I have found several foods that help the body to lose weight.
Beetroot helps food pass through the body easily.
Celery takes more energy to eat than it gives you, so a good diet food.
Cucumber is tasty and nice in a Tatziki or Riata. It is nutricious, but mostly water, and of course lettuce is too.
Eating more salad is good for you and helps with weight loss.
Eat the 4 fruits a day for good health. An apple, a Bannana (or pureed) an Orange Fruit, Tangerines are now easy peel, but definitely an Avocado. There are also ways to eat the pit, or pip, grated.
SPICES
The spice Turmeric, is very good for you, and like beetroot, aids the body digesting. It can however cause stomach upsets, so take it slow.
Cayenne pepper tablets are good for the heart, but should be taken carefully as above !
